Event Timeline

• Will Call at the MidWest America Ticket Office will open at 10:00AM the day of the game.
• Doors to the Arena are scheduled to open at 4:00PM.
• PLEASE NOTE: There will be no public restrooms available until the facility opens at 4:00PM.
• The game is scheduled to start at 5:00PM.

Bag & Purse Policy

• Large Duffel Bags and Large Backpacks are prohibited.
• All purses or bags, larger than a handheld clutch wallet, could be subject to search by security staff. 
• Clear bags are welcome, but not required. 

Ticketing

• Additional tickets may be purchased at the MidWest America Ticket Office.
• No Re-Entry. If you leave the facility, you will not be allowed to re-enter on the same event ticket.
• This event is an all ages show. All guests ages 2 and older are required to have their own ticket. 

Travel & Parking

• Parking is $8.00 in the Main Lot or $12.00 in the Preferred Lot. The parking lot accepts CASH and CREDIT or DEBIT CARDS.
• Guests with pre-paid VIP parking should arrive from eastbound Coliseum Boulevard and turn right into Entrance #6, Bob Chase Way.
• Guests can be dropped off and picked up at the circle drive, accessible via Entrance #6, Bob Chase Way, from eastbound Coliseum Boulevard.
• View the Memorial Coliseum Parking Lot Master Plan.

Event Policies

• UPDATE: The Harlem Globetrotters encourage fans to take photos, home videos, etc. so all patrons may bring cameras of any kind. The only exception is professional video camera equipment and ENG cameras.
• Restricted items include, but are not limited to: Alcoholic beverages of any kind; Illegal substances of any kind; Outside food or beverage; Cans, Bottles and Containers; Umbrellas; Other deemed items may apply.
• Firearms and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• Gifts for the players/tour will NOT be accepted. 
• Code of Conduct: All guests at the Memorial Coliseum are encouraged to: Respect each other as well as our facility staff; Refrain from fighting, throwing items, or using foul/abusive language or gestures; Keep the Memorial Coliseum SMOKE-FREE by only smoking in the designated smoking area.

Food & Beverage

• There will be numerous concessions available for food and drink throughout the Arena.
• All concessions have transitioned to a cashless payment system. Debit cards, credit cards, and mobile payment options (Apple Pay & Google Pay) will be accepted.
  • Exchange cash for Food & Beverage cards at the MidWest America Ticket Office.
• The Rooftop Lounge (21+) will be CLOSED for this event.

PREMIUM EXPERIENCES

ALL NEW Magic Pass Pre-Game Experience

Magic Pass will run from 3:30pm - 4:00pm on the main court. Doors open 2 hours before the game and guests are encouraged to arrive early the Arena & Expo entrance.

TICKET TO THE MAIN EVENT IS ALSO REQUIRED.  All customers must have a game ticket AND Magic Pass for entry. Soft/rubber soled shoes must be worn on the court.  Everyone attending Magic Pass, regardless of participation, must have a Magic Pass ticket as well as a game ticket. If you plan on attending Magic Pass, please make sure you have BOTH tickets. This includes all children, as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Celebrity Court Pass

Please arrive and check-in no later than 45 minutes prior to game time courtside at the announcer’s table.

TICKET TO THE MAIN EVENT IS ALSO REQUIRED.  Each person wanting to access the court must purchase the Celebrity Court Pass.  Late arrivals will not be refunded. All customers must have a game ticket AND Celebrity Court Pass for entry. Children under 10 may not participate unaccompanied.

Soft/rubber soled shoes must be worn on the court.  If you plan on attending Celebrity Court Pass, please make sure you have BOTH tickets. Other Party Guests that do not have a ticket are not permitted on court. This includes all children, as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them. NO EXCEPTIONS.

To pick up your exclusive game ball, visit the Harlem Globetrotters Merchandise Stand located inside the venue on game day. Pick-up is only available during pre-game, half-time, or post-game. Ball MUST be picked up at the venue on the date of your ticketed event. No alternate pick-up dates, locations, nor shipping options are available.  This purchase is not transferable.

Harlem Globetrotters 100 Year Tour Souvenir Ticket

All Harlem Globetrotters 100 Year Tour Souvenir Tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE and will NOT be available for pick-up on-site at the venue. All orders will be SHIPPED directly to the address provided at checkout within 4 weeks after the event you attend and fulfillment is coming from a third party. Actual delivery dates vary by location.
