The Memorial Coliseum offers a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort, and enjoyment while attending events.

Parking

Accessible parking is available in front of the main entrance to the building. Vehicles using accessible spaces must display the appropriate hang tags or license plates. Accessible drop-off/pick-up areas for the Memorial Coliseum are (1) Located on the circle drive, Entrance #6 in front of the ticket office, accessible via eastbound Coliseum Boulevard and (2) a 2-lane, one-way zone in front of the Conference Center entrance, within the Main Lot.

MidWest America Ticket Office

The ticket office is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and closed on Sundays with additional hours when ticketed events are taking place. Please note, the ticket office observes summer hours and is not open on Saturday during the summer. The best way to arrive at the ticket office is from eastbound Coliseum Boulevard at Entrance #6, Bob Chase Way, and park in the circle drive. Ticket Exchanges

The Memorial Coliseum is committed to providing accessible seating opportunities to all of our guests. When a guest has purchased a ticket to a non-accessible seat and needs to exchange for an accessible seat, every effort will be made to accommodate the guest with comparable seats. If such seat is unavailable, the guest will be offered available seating in a non-comparable location. As with all ticket sales, event seating goes quickly so buy early to get the best availability. 

Seating AreasĀ 

Accessible seating at the Memorial Coliseum is dispersed both vertically and horizontally throughout the facility in numerous price ranges. We will provide every opportunity for guests to purchase accessible seating through the same means and under the same terms and conditions as other ticket purchases. Accessible seating, however, is limited. The best way to assure yourself the best ticket and companion seat(s) is to purchase your tickets as early as possible in the desired category. Please remember that the tickets are sold on a first-purchase basis and there is no guarantee that any tickets will remain unsold and available for any category of tickets or any specific event. 

Companion Seating

Companion seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase. The Memorial Coliseum will make accessible seating available to their companions. 

Sensory Friendly Kits & Sensory Room

Through a partnership with KultureCity, sensory bags are available for guests to check out and use while at the venue. The bags are equipped with noise cancelling headphones (provided by Puro Sound Labs), fidget tools, and verbal cue cards. Strobe reduction glasses and lap pads available upon request. Please speak to a Guest Services Representative in a red jacket while at an event to borrow a sensory bag.

The Price Fund Sensory Pod provides a dedicated space designed by medical professionals for those who may need a quieter and more secure environment. This is imperative to ensuring fans have a great guest experience. The sensory room is outfitted with bean bags from Yogibo, the visual light panels from Nanoleaf, bubble walls, and a custom tactile artwork created by an autistic artist. The sensory room is located on the 100 Level Concourse and will be open for all events taking place at the Memorial Coliseum Arena. Pleease speak to a Guest Services Representative in a red jacket while at an event if you need assistance finding the sensory pod. 

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted listening devices are available from the Memorial Coliseum Guest Services Office. The Memorial Coliseum Guest Services Office is located on the Arena 100 Level Concourse. To ensure that the devices are promptly returned, a major credit card or a driver’s license is required to use the devices. To inquire about Assisted Listening Devices at the Memorial Coliseum, call (260) 482-9502.

Restrooms/Family Restrooms

Accessible restrooms are located on all Arena levels at the Memorial Coliseum, as well as within the Expo Center and Conference Center. Family restrooms are located on the 100 and 600 Levels of the Arena.

Service Animals

The Memorial Coliseum welcomes guests who need the use of service animals when the service animal has been trained to do work or perform tasks for the guest. Guests using a service animal will be responsible for the animal's care and supervision, when present at the facility.

Service Animals must be able to fit under a guest's seat. If the service animal is too large to fit this requirement, the guest must purchase a ticket for the service animal. 

Wheelchairs & Wheelchair Storage

There are a limited number of transport chairs available for use at the facility. The transport chairs are offered to guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. A valid driver’s license or other acceptable form of picture identification is required as a deposit. See a Guest Services representative as you enter the building to inquire about availability. If wheelchair storage is needed, we do our best to store the wheelchair near the guest’s seat location.

Sign Language Interpreters

Guests who require interpreting services for any applicable Memorial Coliseum event should contact the Administrative office at least 2 weeks prior to the event at (260) 482-9502.

Elevators & Escalators

The elevator located on the main level (Lower Rotunda) of the Memorial Coliseum inside the Arena & Expo entrance and will give guests access to the Upper Rotunda/100 Level and Rooftop Lounge & Patio. The elevator located inside the Premium Seating entrance (accessible from Lower Rotunda) will give guests access to all levels of the Arena. Escalators are available to the 100, 200, 400/500 and 600 levels of the Arena.

Medical Assistance & First Aid

The Memorial Coliseum has medical assistance available for Arena events in the First Aid Office located on the 100 Level Concourse, west side. The First Aid Office in the Expo Center is located on the first floor hallway just south of the entrance/exit of Expo II (across from Appleseed Room A).

Emergency EvacuationĀ 

The Memorial Coliseum personnel have been trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safe evacuation of all patrons. In the case of an emergency, please pay careful attention to the staff’s instructions.
