The Ticket Account Holder, on behalf of themselves and any minors or guests attending the event under their tickets, irrevocably grants permission to the Team, the League (ECHL), and their respective designees, licensees, and agents to utilize, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise exploit the Ticket Account Holder’s (and such minors’ or guests’) image, likeness, voice, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, photographic display, broadcast, or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction of, at, or relating to the event, in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation commercial, promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further authorization or compensation.

Flying Pucks Warning

Pucks flying into spectator area can cause injury. Be alert when in spectator areas - including after the stoppage of play. If injured, notify the usher for directions to the First Aid room. The holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the game of hockey, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to, the actual playing of the game including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger by hockey sticks and pucks, other spectators or players, or by thrown objects. The holder agrees that the arena, the ECHL, its officers and employees, the participating clubs, their officers, employees, and agents are expressly released by the holder from claims arising from such causes.
