Event Timeline

• The MidWest America Ticket Office will open at 9:00AM the day of the show.
• The Bullpen Plaza Party takes place outside the Arena & Expo entrance at 4:00PM - 6:30PM.
• Doors to the Arena are scheduled to open at 6:00PM.
• PLEASE NOTE: There will be no public bathrooms available indoors until the facility opens at 6:00PM. Portable restrooms will be available at the pre-party starting at 4:00PM.
• The show is scheduled to start at 7:00PM.

Bag & Purse Policy

• Large Duffel Bags and Large Backpacks are prohibited.
• All purses or bags, larger than a handheld clutch wallet, will be subject to search in the security screening.
• Clear bags are welcome, but not required. 

Security

• Please arrive early and leave plenty of time to get through security before the start of the show. 
• All guests will be subject to a courteous screening via a walk through metal detector. In order to make this process go as smoothly as possible, guests should only bring those things that they absolutely need while attending the event. 
• Guests should keep moving forward through the screening unless instructed to stop. 
• Do not remove personal items (phones, keys, coins) from pockets.
• Bags/purses should be placed on the table for inspection.

Ticketing

• Tickets may be purchased at the MidWest America Ticket Office.
• Re-Entry: Per PBR Policy, fans will not be permitted to re-enter once their ticket has been scanned.
• This event is an all ages show. All guests ages 2 and older are required to have their own ticket. 

Travel & Parking

• Parking is $8.00 in the Main Lot or $12.00 in the Preferred Lot. The parking lot accepts CASH and CREDIT or DEBIT CARDS.
• Guests with pre-paid VIP parking should arrive from eastbound Coliseum Boulevard and turn right into Entrance #6, Bob Chase Way.
• Guests can be dropped off and picked up at the circle drive, accessible via Entrance #6, Bob Chase Way, from eastbound Coliseum Boulevard.

Event Policies

• Professional and consumer video cameras and professional still cameras with a detachable and/or telephoto lens are not permitted.
• Restricted items include, but are not limited to: Alcoholic beverages of any kind; Illegal substances of any kind; Outside food or beverage; Cans, Bottles and Containers; Umbrellas; Laser Pointers; Flags that promote or disparage any individual political parties or candidates; Signs over 8.5"x11" and/or contain profanity/advertisements; Blank posterboard signs; Spikes and Chains; Other deemed items may apply.
• National flags are allowed if the person holding it isn't obstructing the view of their neighbors.
• Firearms and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. Including but not limited to: Guns, knives, batons, and brass knuckles.
• Gifts for the artists/tour will NOT be accepted.
• Code of Conduct: All guests at the Memorial Coliseum are encouraged to: Respect each other as well as our facility staff; Refrain from fighting, throwing items, or using foul/abusive language or gestures; Keep the Memorial Coliseum SMOKE-FREE by only smoking in the designated smoking area.

Food & Beverage

• There will be numerous concessions available for food and drink throughout the Arena.
• All concessions have transitioned to a cashless payment system. Debit cards, credit cards, and mobile payment options (Apple Pay & Google Pay) will be accepted.
  • Exchange cash for Food & Beverage cards at the MidWest America Ticket Office.
• The Rooftop Lounge (21+) will open at 6:00PM with food & drink specials.

Merchandise

• Merchandise stands will be in the following locations:
  • 100 Level: Arena Lobby
• All merchandise locations are cashless. Debit cards, credit cards, and mobile payment options (Apple Pay & Google Pay) will be accepted.
