Event Timeline

• The MidWest America Ticket Office will open at 10:00AM the day of the show.
• Doors to the Arena are scheduled to open at 6:00PM.
• PLEASE NOTE: There will be no public bathrooms available until the facility opens at 6:00PM.
• The show is scheduled to start at 7:30PM.

Bag & Purse Policy

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12"x12"x6" are permitted.
• 1 Gallon plastic zip lock style bags are permitted.
• Non-clear clutch style bags or purses (4.5"x6.5") are permitted.
• Diaper bags as well as any bag used for the purpose of carrying medical equipment will be allowed access, after being screened.

Security

• Please arrive early and leave plenty of time to get through security before the start of the show. 
• All guests will be subject to a courteous screening via a walk through metal detector. In order to make this process go as smoothly as possible, guests should only bring those things that they absolutely need while attending the event. 
• Guests should keep moving forward through the screening unless instructed to stop. 
• Do not remove personal items (phones, keys, coins) from pockets.
• Bags/purses should be placed on the table for inspection.

Ticketing

• This event is nearly sold out. A limited number of tickets may be available to purchase at the MidWest America Ticket Office.
• No Re-Entry. If you leave the facility, you will not be allowed to re-enter on the same event ticket. 
• This event is an all ages show. All guests ages 2 and older are required to have their own ticket. 

Travel & Parking

• Parking is $8.00 in the Main Lot or $12.00 in the Preferred Lot. The parking lot accepts CASH and CREDIT or DEBIT CARDS.
• Guests with pre-paid VIP parking should arrive from eastbound Coliseum Boulevard and turn right into Entrance #6, Bob Chase Way.
• Guests can be dropped off and picked up at the circle drive, accessible via Entrance #6, Bob Chase Way, from eastbound Coliseum Boulevard.

Event Policies

• Video or audio recording devices are strictly prohibited. Professional cameras with long or detachable lenses are prohibited. Leave these items at home or in your LOCKED vehicle.
• Restricted items include, but are not limited to: Alcoholic beverages of any kind; Illegal substances of any kind; Outside food or beverage; Cans, Bottles and Containers; Umbrellas; Money In The Bank briefcases; Flags; Dry Erase Boards; Blank signs, signs with sticks, or signs with battery packs; Other deemed items may apply.
• Firearms and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited, including off-duty carry.
• Gifts for the artists/tour will NOT be accepted.
• Code of Conduct: All guests at the Memorial Coliseum are encouraged to: Respect each other as well as our facility staff; Refrain from fighting, throwing items, or using foul/abusive language or gestures; Keep the Memorial Coliseum SMOKE-FREE by only smoking in the designated smoking area.

Food & Beverage

• There will be numerous concessions available for food and drink throughout the Arena.
• All concessions have transitioned to a cashless payment system. Debit cards, credit cards, and mobile payment options (Apple Pay & Google Pay) will be accepted.
  • Exchange cash for Food & Beverage cards at the MidWest America Ticket Office.
• The Rooftop Lounge (21+) will open at 6:00PM with food & drink specials.
• PLEASE NOTE: The 100 Level is restricted to cups only for all beverages, no bottles or cans will be permitted.

Merchandise

• Merchandise stands will be in the following locations:
  • Outside the Arena & Expo entrance
  • 100 Level: Arena Lobby
  • 200 Level: Food Court
• All merchandise locations are cashless. Debit cards, credit cards, and mobile payment options (Apple Pay & Google Pay) will be accepted.
